    • Handling legal aspects, including filing claims and court attendance.

    • Monitoring bankruptcy timelines to protect lenders and ensure regulatory compliance.

    • Managing the foreclosure process, including attorney and court coordination.

    • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

    • Processing insurance and guarantee claims for defaulted loans.

    • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to recover losses.

    • Evaluating defaulted loans to identify loss causes and recovery opportunities.

    • Analyzing portfolio trends to improve risk management strategies.
