Each COE focuses on constantly evolving and upgrading capabilities, developing in-depth expertise, innovating to stay ahead, overhauling operational efficiencies, streamlining tasks and processes to achieve goals of technical excellence leading to impactful business outcomes. Our team of experts are constantly learning & experimenting on solutions that ensures Moder’s competitive advantage.

Robotic Process Automation COE

Moder’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) COE works with mortgage lenders in the United States to review their resource-intensive and time-consuming processes, automating them to improve efficiency and lower costs.

A Day in the Life of our COE

The COE’s tasks include designing standard templates, frameworks, reusable components and accelerators aimed at building capabilities in RPA, in addition to delivering to customer needs. Building talent is a key focus area in order to scale to meet current & upcoming business needs. The COE trains and certifies all team members to ensure standardization in the quality of deliverables provided by the Moder team.

The team works with the stakeholders in the Business Operations as well to dive deep and analyze their processes, identifying the use-cases and automation needs, hence creating prototypes that are industry-ready with a quick go-to-market capability.

Talent That Rocks

The COE works on many industry-specific products and all team members are trained and opportunities to be certified are available. To belong to the COE, one needs to possess good programming skills (preferably in Blue Prism, Power Automate and UiPath) to be able to customize and adhere to client-specific needs.

The Engineering COE consists of two major streams –
Digital Technology and QA Automation  

The Engineering COE specializes in assisting our clients in successfully migrating their applications from a monolithic architecture to newer stack with robust Microservices. This COE’s main focus is to maintain the outdated system, work on the migration to the latest technology and hosting it on Cloud, and addressing the needs of the new technological solution.

When services are moved from old architectures and platforms, Moder ensures a seamless transition without letting any back-end transitions affect the business. Scaling up is done on demand, hence allowing the customer to expand as per needs; more customers could be onboarded without any after effect. The application could migrate to newer technologies with no downtime for the end user.

With this belief and two decades of unparalleled experience, knowledge and leadership qualities under his belt, Nagaraj brings with him a winning strategy for developing and growing the technology consulting business at Moder Solutions. From scaling the team of 30 to a high performing unit of 300, along with formulating strategy to develop the Product Services Group, his role is central to the success of the organization.

Nagaraj is accountable and responsible to build the Technology organization as a captive set up for one of the top Mortgage business houses in the USA. Nagaraj helms the technology team, envisioning to build COEs including Data, Cloud, Engineering, RPA and other emerging technologies. He works closely with the CEO to build the Technology consulting business .
